HoltHammer Cycles found a new home in Minturn Colorado. When we moved the shop from Montana to Colorado, our first choice of location was Minturn but there was no space available. This summer, we were going to Red Cliff for lunch and saw a "For Rent" sign along the highway. I made a call and the owner told me that the building wasn't zone for a motorcycle shop but he would like me to be in his building. I worked with the Town of Minturn and ended up getting a special use permit to allow my business in the building. One other exciting aspect of the move to the new location is that the owner of the building is a very big motorcycle enthusiast and has a large collection of motorcycles in his "workshop" in the lower level of the building complex. Birthday in Denver.
We took the weekend and went to Denver to visit the Museum of Natural History and Science and also made a visit to the zoo. Sheika bought ticket for the IMAX movie at 5:30pm so we had a little time to go find a snack after visiting the zoo. We found a little jewel of a place called "The Recovery Room" on the corner of 8th and Colorado Blvd. in Denver. Some of the best wings and great hospitality to be found. After too much food and a few beverages, we headed back to watch the show at the IMAX theater which featured the movie "Cratures of the Deep". After the show, we were to go out for dinner but we were still stuffed from the hospotality of The Recovery Room so we went out and had a snack and a night cap.

Month adventure of staying at Pepis
Pepi and Shieka went on vacation during the month of September leaving the girls in charge with Gasthof Gramshammer. Since Sheika and I are in town and without children, we spent a lot of days at the hotel as the "night amanagers". It was a lot of fun to start out with ... staying in town, having nice dinners, feeling like we were on vacation but as time went on ... spending time in a hotel room ... your office is on a bed, no living room and the bathroom stuff is in a bag.
